• I want to change my account name (Your Account name is what precedes .prodictation.com)

1. Log on to hostedmirsk.com with your administrator profile. On the ‘Account’ tab you will find an Account name field.
2. Type the new account name and click the ‘Verify availability’ button.
3. To save any changes made, click the ‘Update’ button at the bottom of the page.
